Systems Implementation Manager

Systems Implementation Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Be the go-to person for the Case Build team, understanding client needs and customizing solutions accordingly.
• Lead weekly meetings to keep track of ongoing projects and address any issues promptly.
• Work closely with QA and client services teams to ensure accurate client testing.
• Mentor and develop team members through regular meetings and performance reviews.
• Organize training sessions to ensure team proficiency in departmental procedures.
• Manage projects using Wrike and Selerix, providing updates on timelines and progress.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather feedback post implementation for continuous improvement.
• Analyze departmental metrics and provide reports to senior management on team performance.
• Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements to enhance service delivery.

Systems Implementation Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project management, client facing, or implementation specialist roles.
• 5-10 years in enterprise service delivery areas like Health and Welfare, Compliance, Finance, or Benefits Administration preferred.
• Proficiency in Selerix, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with project management tools like Wrike, Asana, or Jira.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role.
