Systems Implementation Manager

As a Systems Implementation Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the successful implementation of our products for our valued clients. We're looking for a dynamic individual who can lead a team, collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, and provide exceptional customer service.
Systems Implementation Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Be the go-to person for the Case Build team, understanding client needs and customizing solutions accordingly.
- Lead weekly meetings to keep track of ongoing projects and address any issues promptly.
- Work closely with QA and client services teams to ensure accurate client testing.
- Mentor and develop team members through regular meetings and performance reviews.
- Organize training sessions to ensure team proficiency in departmental procedures.
- Manage projects using Wrike and Selerix, providing updates on timelines and progress.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather feedback post implementation for continuous improvement.
- Analyze departmental metrics and provide reports to senior management on team performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements to enhance service delivery.
Systems Implementation Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in project management, client facing, or implementation specialist roles.
- 5-10 years in enterprise service delivery areas like Health and Welfare, Compliance, Finance, or Benefits Administration preferred.
- Proficiency in Selerix, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with project management tools like Wrike, Asana, or Jira.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role.
