At Basements Plus, our Call Center is the engine that drives our company. This role is all about​ creating strong first impressions and turning interest into qualified appointments. If you’re​ someone who is confident, enjoys building quick connections over the phone, stays organized​ under pressure, and enjoys being part of a motivated team – you will fit right in at Basements​ Plus.

 

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Loves talking to people
  • Knows how to guide a conversation with energy and confidence
  • Can handle high volume of incoming leads from multiple platforms
  • Gets excited about booking appointments and winning
  • Has an eye for detail and accuracy

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up our sales team to win by booking qualified, decision-ready appointments.
  • Consistently hit and exceed weekly goals through disciplined follow-up and pipe line management.
  • Create a strong customer experience by asking the right questions, setting clear expectations, and excited about appointment, to reduce no-shows.
  • Take full ownership of your calendar by confirming appointments, minimizing cancellations, and resetting missed opportunities.
  • Follow up fast and strategically to ensure all leads are capitalized on and maximize our marketing efforts.
  • Keep the database accurate, up-to-date, and ready for action.

 

Qualifications:

  • Previous call center, sales, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills (clear, confident, friendly)
  • Comfortable using computers and CRM systems
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
