Recruiting Coordinator Responsibilities:
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Client Success Managers and the Recruiting team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting candidate phone screenings, documenting, and communicating effectively
- Performing visual screenings of resumes and applications
- Engaging in complex passive sourcing through platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, Wiza and various social media platforms
- Providing feedback and keeping detailed documentation for the Client Success team
- Setting up and providing account provisioning and client support within our software platform
What we are looking for:
We are seeking a self-starter with strong customer service, communication and technical skills, dedicated to finding top talent for our clients. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, extremely tech-savvy, and open to embracing a new approach to recruiting.
Our ideal candidate has:
- 2-5 years of recruiting coordination experience
- Multi-industry recruiting experience with demonstrated ability to recruit across industries and a wide range of roles (entry level to executive).
- Strong organizational skills, with a track record of managing multiple tasks, schedules, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Clear and concise communication (both written and verbal), with the ability to communicate information effectively.
- Tech Savvy is a must! Comfort and proficiency with recruiting software (e.g., ATS systems like Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday), as well as familiarity with HR tech stacks and productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
- Experience within the recruitment SaaS space is preferred, understanding the nuances of recruiting in a tech-driven environment.
- Ability to handle a large volume of candidate applications while maintaining a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
