Recruiting Coordinator Responsibilities:

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Client Success Managers and the Recruiting team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting candidate phone screenings, documenting, and communicating effectively
• Performing visual screenings of resumes and applications
• Engaging in passive sourcing through platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed
• Providing feedback and keeping detailed documentation for the Client Success team
• Setting up and providing account provisioning and client support within our software platform
