Construction Foreman

Location: Office in Commerce Charter Township, MI 

Compensation: $20/hour plus bonus

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead, manage, and hold accountability for your crew by communicating tasks, training team members, ensuring safety, and motivating the team.
• Review job specifications, assess job sites, perform high-quality installations, troubleshoot issues, collect payment, and complete all necessary paperwork.
• Communicate with customers throughout the project, ensure customer satisfaction, and leave their homes cleaner than you found them.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of construction or related trades
• Ability to operate equipment and power tools
• Proficiency in using a phone, apps, and tablet
• High school diploma or GED preferred with 1+ years of construction experience
• Ability to lift/move heavy objects and stand for extended periods
• Ability to pass a background check
• Must be eligible and able to obtain a DOT medical card with a Chauffeur's License

Bonus skills that would make you stand out:

• Ability to speak Spanish
• Experience as a lead installer
• Understanding and commitment to the company's purpose, mission, and values
