Final Grade Skid Steer Operator - Residential Sitework/Grading Experience Required

Location: Jobsites in Cape Coral, FL area.

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, Set Schedule, Roughly 7 AM start until completion.

Compensation: $25 - $30/hour

Pay frequency:  Weekly

FINAL GRADE SKID STEER OPERATOR REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have residential grading experience
• Experience in residential sitework grading, including as an operator.
• Proficiency in completion of final grades and drive cuts for residential spot lots. Can perform grading work from start to finish.
• Ability to use a laser to shoot elevations.
• Must have an active Apple or Android mobile phone.
• Excellent communication skills and time management skills.
• A valid driver's license with 3+ years of clean driving history (no DUIs, no at-fault accidents, no suspensions).

FINAL GRADE SKID STEER OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Complete final grades and drive cuts for residential home spot lots
• Complete daily list, emphasizing the importance of a quality job.
• Maintain equipment with assistance, including fluids, washing, and daily truck inspections.
• Complete daily job tasks accurately and efficiently.
