Marketing Director

We’re looking for a full time Marketing Director that will help us stay ahead of the industry and be best in class.
PURPOSE : What is our Why?
Patients...not getting the right care at the right time! Medical Groups and Payers…losing patient trust and revenue using subjective data, manual processes, and disconnected tools resulting in uninformed referrals going out of network, high cost, low quality providers with no ability to ensure care is completed.

The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of the sales team in order to aid in their success in selling our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with our sales team and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the sales team may face.
Responsibilities:
1st PRIORITY - GENERATE DISCOVERY CALLS/DEMOS/SALES
- Each QTR, study and understand market trends to bring new insights and solutions to marketing activities
- Each QTR, present your Strategy and Goals to CEO
- STEP 1 - Build 365 Lead Engine (email, VMs, LinkedIn, gifting)
- STEP 2 - Generate Marketing Qualified LEADS (MQL) - Outbound, Inbound, Trade Show, Referral
- STEP 3 - Qualify MQLs and schedule SQL Appts for Sales (Once you learn it, Train Openers to do this step)
- STEP 4 - Help take notes for Initial Discovery Call, and create the Post Meeting Email
- STEP 5 - Follow Up with old Leads/Opportunities to bring back into Pipeline
- STEP 6 - Track Pipeline Progress and share with team weekly to maintain and report on QTR Goals
2nd PRIORITY - CREATE AND MAINTAIN CUSTOMER ACQUISITION PROCESSES
- Create Marketing Automation Workflows - List to Lead to Opportunities
- Create Operational Sales Processes, Documentation, Sales Tools (PPT, Data Sheets, Talk Tracks)
- Create Salesforce.com Processes, Dashboards, Reports
- Build Out Enablement Workflows to bring on and support BDRs/VAs
3rd PRIORITY - BUILD AND SUPPORT REFERRALPOINT BRANDING
- Seek opportunities and relationships for content syndication
- Collaborate with Client Success to write case studies and testimonials on Customer Wins and Outcomes
- Sustain key partnerships for marketing synergy and new lead acquisition (AMGA, EHRs, etc.)
- Maintain external promotion (website) to demonstrate feature and solution updates to support the market
- Attend key conferences and trade shows for the industry to generate new partnerships and leads
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in healthcare software sales and executive business development
- College Level Sports or higher showing team work, work ethic and overcoming obstacles
- Military background to understand respect, chain of command, and following through
- Demonstrated Extreme Ownership Principles
- Demonstrated track record in Sales as a top performer throughout career
- Problem solver with demonstrated critical thinking and collaboration skills
- Ability and willing to build rapport both face to face and virtually (always show face for Teams Meetings)
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Willingness and ability to travel 1-2x a month during the week for a day or two include Trade Shows like AMGA
- Strong pipeline tracking and management abilities with Salesforce.com
Compensation:
- $100K to $150K Annual Package - depending on healthcare experience and how much bonus and equity Opp given
- $70K to $120K Base plus $30K Bonus Opportunity
- QTR Bonus Opportunity based on Discovery, Demo, Proposal, and Sales Goals
- EOY Bonus Opportunity based on goals for the year
- Annual Cash & Equity Bonus: % salary based on achieving Company (70%) and Personal Goals (30%)
- Plus Initial Stock Options: units at current price per unit subject to Company’s vesting schedule (4 years).
