Small Group Practice owned by doctors that are still working in the chair, no DSO backing!!! 

Compensation: Estimated up to $325,000 - $450,000+ annually (full-time) based on production days / uncapped earnings ($1,200 guaranteed daily rate plus collections bonus incentives)

Location: Hiring for various offices in the Greater Portland Metro Area, including Salem and Hillsboro, OR

Hours: Offices are open Monday - Thursday 8 AM - 5 PM & Fridays 8 AM - 1 PM PST

Job Type: W-2 Position with Full-Time and Part-Time openings

Pediatric Dentist Job Summary:

Acorn Dentistry for Kids is a privately owned group practice in Oregon that is owned locally, and all owners are still practicing and running the organization full-time (not a DSO). We exist because of the belief that “Every Child Gets A Smile,” whether on private insurance, Medicaid, or no insurance. Our vision is to be world-class in promoting health and confidence in kids. We do that through entertainment and education in a magical environment of safety, cleanliness, comfort, and fun. 

We are looking for purpose-driven Pediatric Dentists that want to grow along with our expanding private group practice, especially if you are interested in ownership opportunities.

Pediatric Dentist Requirements:

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school

• Completion of a 24-month+ accredited pediatric dentistry residency program preferred

• Eligible for Oregon State Dental License

• Eligible for Moderate Conscious Sedation Permit

• Must be eligible to pass a background check

• Strong knowledge of pediatric dental procedures, techniques, and anesthesia/sedation management specific to children

• Excellent clinical skills and the ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care to children

• Believes every child deserves 5-star treatment, regardless of insurance (we accept Medicaid and no insurance as well)

• Has a passion for what they do, never stopped believing in magic, and doesn’t mind being a little a-corny! (Get it?)
