CDL Class A or CDL Class B Truck Drivers - Local Routes - Home Daily

Leading logistics company, JMAC Resources, is looking for reliable and experienced Class A or B CDL Drivers ($25 - $28 per hour + Home Daily)! JMAC Resources is a “first in class” heavy civil construction company dedicated to remaining a premier service company for the clients we serve and hope to serve.

Compensation:  $25 - $28 per hour (depending on experience) to start!

Pay Frequency: Every other week + direct deposit available
Home Time: Home daily

Routes: Local

Orientation/ Training: Paid training

Classification (1099 or W2): Full-Time Employee (W2)

About this Class A or B CDL Driver Role:

The responsibility of this position is to assure the safe and timely manner delivery of concrete to customers. The timely return to the assigned batch plant for future loads is critical.  Proper maintenance and care of the ready mix concrete trucks, completion of all paperwork, assisting with plant work, and maintaining good public relations with customers is needed.

CDL Class A or B Truck Driver Minimum Qualifications:

• Recent CDL graduates can apply
• Must possess a Valid Class A or  B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• 21+ years old required
• Must have a good driving record
• Must have a valid Department of Transportation drug/alcohol screening and physical
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English

Class A or B CDL Driver Duties:

• Must be able to take orders, instructions, and guidance from supervisors
• Must maintain a satisfactory driving record in accordance with Federal and State Motor Carrier regulations and company policy
• Must adhere to safety requirements and procedures, and wearing of required safety equipment and clothing
• Customer focused – take responsibility for customer relationships, appropriately represent JMAC Resources on the job site and while transporting product on public streets and highways
• Problem prevention/solving – able to proactively identify and solve problems and enlist the help of other as necessary
