Heavy Equipment Operator
Leading logistics company, JMAC Resources, is looking for reliable and experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for their Post Falls, ID location. JMAC Resources is a “first in class” heavy civil construction company dedicated to remaining a premier service company for the clients we serve and hope to serve.
Competitive Compensation! $24 - $29 per hour (based on experience)- Evaluation after 90 days!
Pay Frequency: Every other week + direct deposit available
Hours: 5 am - 3 pm (with overtime during busy months)
Classification (1099 or W2): Full-Time Employee (W2)

Heavy Equipment Operator Qualifications:
- 3- 5+ years of relevant heavy equipment experience with a proven safety record
- Knowledge and experience working with different types and sizes of equipment
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Must demonstrate ability of being a good team player
- Experience in effectively prioritizing and executing tasks
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions including jobsite directions, maps, and instructional manuals
- Ability to follow verbal instructions
Heavy Equipment Operator Working Conditions:
- Job requires working in all elements, depending on the time of year, heat, cold, rain, and snow.
- Wear personal protective equipment (hard hat and safety glasses at all times) and a respirator when required.
- Able to work 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, and overtime as required
- Work on uneven surfaces
Heavy Equipment Operator Physical Functions and Duties:
- Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, crawl, climb, kneel, balance, push, pull, and reach overhead
- Must be able to operate heavy equipment
- Repetitive use of arms, hands, and fingers
- Possess good vision (normal or corrected)
- Possess good hearing (normal or corrected)
Heavy Equipment Operator Duties:
- Learn and follow safety regulations. Safe operation of equipment is a must; negligent and/or abusive operation will not be tolerated
- Promptly report any mechanical or safety problem with the equipment in accordance with company procedures
- Perform job responsibilities safely under various working conditions
- Understand the value of teamwork and communications necessary to operate onsite functions
- Perform a daily equipment walk-around inspection and preventive maintenance responsibilities
