Job Overview

• Location: Richmond, IN
• Compensation: $19.54/ hour, with a built-in pay increase to $21.15/ hour after 120 days!
  • DailyPay available - track your earnings in real time and instantly transfer money when you need it!
• Workweek: 5 days per week (exact days may vary)
• Hours: Swing shift (either 2pm - 10:30pm, or 10pm - 6:30am)

Duties/Responsibilities

• Learn and operate all production equipment
• Will perform necessary quality, seal, date and weight checks
• Fill out all required production records completely and properly
• Relieve all positions as needed during vacations, sickness, or for other reasons
• Responsible for maintaining the highest quality standards
• Will strive to always improve overall equipment effectiveness
• Perform preventative maintenance, make adjustments, and trouble shoot production equipment
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be willing to cross train and perform other duties as assigned
• Must have good training abilities, be highly motivated, work well with others, and possess good communication skills
• Working knowledge of entire production area
• Must be able to lift 80lbs on a regular basis
• Must have an aptitude to learn along with the willingness to receive continuous training
• Must be flexible and willing to work varying hours
